Couscous, originally, is a Berber dish of small steamed balls of crushed durum wheat semolina that is traditionally served with a stew spooned on a different cooked bunch of vegetables.
Couscous in Morocco is also influenced by a diversity of subcultures and richness of the gastronomic heritage while it is slightly different from one region to another representing cultural diversity, hospitality, and the uniqueness of the Moroccan culinary art.

So, who does not know Marrakech!! It is an international destination for tourists and discovers. Situated in the south of Morocco with distinctive proximity to Agadir, Ouarzazat city, Marrakech is very rich and famous by its diverse things to discover and its strategic localization that makes tourists able discover the surroundings places or to make a tourist travel through different directions. Like the other Moroccan cities, Marrakech local people are so generous, sociable and comic by nature making from their sub-culture an example of charity, sharing and cooperation. From Marrakech, a touristic trajectory that is frequently made is that one of thousand nights and a night passing by the magic Kasbahs resided by the modest people that are a mirror of another sub-culture of Berber population in that zone, modestly, working hard all the day till evening to have a familial simple dinner together, a coloured Berber tagine on a small table demonstrates the simplicity of their lifestyle. One of the touristic trajectories od Kasbahs directs to the desert that could be the desert of Zagora or Merzouga where a total different culture takes place. The southern east of Morocco where the climate is totally distinct as well as the local culture and its aspects of the respected morals and simplicity of life that makes the destination one of the relaxing calm one.
