REVIEWS: 2 days tour from Marrakech to Zagora
“Great trip to Morocco. We wanted to do a camel trek in the desert while we were there. I sent out inquiries to many companies that I found on Trip Advisor. I read the reviews of all of them and admit that I was a bit skeptical that Camel Excursions Morocco had such a perfect score. But I quickly found out why. I was leery about sending a deposit via PayPal, but it was completely fine.
I was also a tad skeptical of getting so much provided for so inexpensively. Our group consisted of 3 families (13 people), and once divided out between us all, it really wasn’t a lot of money per person for everything we were supposed to be getting. Could it be too good to be true?
My hopes were up for a good trip, but what we got exceeded my dreams. We really got a feel for the real Morocco. They gave us a glimpse into the history of Morocco and the Berber way of life. We enjoyed meeting real Moroccans and learning their ways, seeing the many, many places we were taken to, and absorbing all that was presented to us. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make it a special trip for us and ensure that we were having fun. The night in the desert was nothing short of magical. Believe the reviews. Ismail and his crew will not disappoint you. They know how to give you a Moroccan experience!”
The most beautiful hearts in Morocco
“The best part of Morocco is the people. Nothing I can write will do these guys justice! No one has ever made a trip of mine so special, we love the guys at camel excursions with all our hearts! If you need anything in Morocco, they can do it for you. Ismael, Rachid, Mohammad, and Mustafa, are the most beautiful, lovely, family ever.
If you go to Morocco and you don’t meet them, you are missing out. Everyone at camel excursions truly has a beautiful soul! My mom and I had so much fun on our Marrakech Zagora desert safari with our absolutely amazing guide (friend) Rachid, he took such good care of us, he arranged walking tours for us in Fez, got us slippers, always made sure we were safe and is all around an amazing guy (my mom cried when she said bye to him, and I wanted too).
Every day since we left we have missed them. They taught us so much about their country and their culture, we have left morocco with friends for life! Don’t hesitate to spend as much time with these sweet, respectful people as you can! Sending our love to morocco! xx (Seriously, you can trust them with anything, riad recommendations, tours, camel rides, whatever you can think of! They will do their best to help you). Spend as many days in the desert as you can, it’s absolutely beautiful, and brilliant fun. Also, the young man who leads our camel to the camp was an awesome person, as well as everyone at the camp! thanks, guys “
